Blog Day 337 - Sunday 28 February 2021 The last day of summer today and apparently it has been the coolest summer in something like 20 years. I wonder how Tim Flannery and his global warming "sky is falling" acolytes are going to spin this. Remember this is the Tim Flannery whose particular field of expertise is studying animals that became extinct millions of years ago, also the same Tim Flannery who famously said that it would never rain in South Eastern Queensland ever again and suddenly amongst other things has become the ABC's expert on Koala bears. (I just had a look at Flannery's Wikipedia page and he certainly started academic life with a disadvantage, his first university qualification was a BA from Latrobe uni, I wonder if he enjoyed working at Maccas after that)?
