Blog Day 10: Thursday 02 April 2020
Getting more and more difficult to find something to talk about each day although some of you might say that hasn't stopped me in the past. It is much easier to talk about nothing after a day out in Paris than after a day in in Bentleigh East.
It might be time to pick up my French lessons again, I will probably be fluent by the time this is over. Or maybe learn a musical instrument, I have a guitar and an Irish tin whistle, unfortunately whilst I have the equipment I don't think that I have the talent.
I might get some inspiration after going for a walk, following the rules for safe walking of course.
I have returned from my walk and can report that I have patrolled to the North and have not come across any signs of civil unrest or even uncivil unrest.

Current Virus Stats Day 87
Vic: 1036 infected (+ 68 from previous day) - 5 deaths
Aus: 5,106 infected (+306 from previous day) - 23 deaths (increase of 2)
World: 937,170
Yeah - I know how you feel - I'm starting to go a little crazy. Hard to maintain motivation when each day blurs into the other. I've started cultivating my sourdough starter so that's one thing to pass the time. I've also been cooking a lot... Croque Monsieur for lunch - tough times.

Thought you had a harmonica. Perhaps you could learn the bagpipes then you would be assured that no-one would come near you.
ReplyDeleteGoing a week without a shower is keeping most people away.
DeleteYes take up French lessons again - you did well the other 6 times
