Blog Day 310 - Sunday 31 January 2021 Victoria's run of zero local infections continues, we are now up to day 25 and the other states are continuing to record similar zero days. WA is opening its borders to Victorians and Queenslanders in the coming week, meaning folk from those states can visit WA without having to do the 14 day quarantine thing. It looks like once the vaccine is available pharmacists will be able to give us the jab. The federal government is in discussions with the pharmacist's governing body to put this in place. Pharmacists have been giving flu jabs for a number of years now in Victoria at least, so probably no reason they can't do the virus vaccine as well. Most of the tennis players have now come out of quarantine and are able to practise in preparation for the AO.
