Blog Day 39: Friday 01 May 2020
Mayday today, lets raise the red banner, workers of the world unite, the peasants are revolting and the working class can kiss my...…..!
Just returned from my walk, not many people around today, not on account of the corona virus but on account of the weather, very cold and wet.
Coldest day in May for either 50 years or forever, depending on who you listen to. Wonder where the global warming activists have got to. Maybe huddling around their...…… hmmm, what would they huddle around? They can't huddle around a fire cause that would require trees to be cut down and that's a no no; they can't huddle around a gas heater because the labor government and the greenies have banned exploration for natural gas in Victoria so we have nearly run out of the stuff; cant huddle around an electric heater, too overcast for solar power, too windy for wind power (why do they turn the wind turbines off when it gets windy?) lucky we still have some coal powered generators to carry the load but would a global warming activist use coal generated power, I would hope not. Maybe our assistant state medical officer has an opinion on this that she can tweet about.
I guarantee if our assistant state medical officer gets the sack she will be on the ABC or The Project the next day. The world of fellow travellers.
Snow in the Alps, after a disappointing year last year it would be a shame if our snowfields received a decent dump of snow but nobody could go there and use it, particularly as Melbourne supporters probably won't have any footy to go to.
That's enough for today, catch yo all tomorrow.
